We maintain property grounds meeting local requirements. We provide Spring and Fall cleaning.  We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly lawn care. These services include but are not limited to mowing, hard edging, shrub trimming, tree trimming, lawn repair, lawn fertilization, grub control, aeration, leaf removal, garden clean up and planting.

We remove snow from sidewalks, walkways, driveways and parking lots. We offer snow shoveling, snow pushing, snow blowing and salting to make your walkways and driveways safe. 

We clean residential and commercial properties from ceiling to floor, namely, but not limited to window washing inside and out, walls, doors, door knobs, light switches, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, cleaning toilets and sinks, restocking paper products and soap, cleaning mirrors, emptying trash, waxing floors, spot cleaning, lunch rooms, kitchens, offices, desk, vents, air conditioner and much more.... 

Our crews remove all interior or exterior debris from the property, as authorized and requested by client. We calculate the amount of debris by cubic yards. We provide our client with an estimate of removal costs prior to commencing work. We provide written and photographic documentation of all work performed. We provide labor, equipment and trucks for  project. All debris will be hauled away and legally disposed of, leaving your property in broom swept condition. 

We trim and/or remove those unwanted shrubs and trees and dispose of debris as needed.  

We provide a wide array of maintenance for properties namely, but not limited to secure properties by boarding up broken windows, doors, and all openings ensuring property is secure.  We change light bulbs, change locks minor maintenance, etc....
